Sean (born 1972) is a senior consultant with over 25 years of working experience which includes 15 years in IT service management, with roles ranging from service delivery consultant to service delivery manager in various local and international companies worldwide. He also has deep experience in managing IT services and process development in international non- profit organisations.
He has excellent client relationship skills with a good understanding of client needs and ability to translate these needs into solutions. He has proven people management skills with a focus on skills building and employee motivation, especially in the non-profit sector and has a strong focus on building and managing cross-geographic and cross-cultural teams and programmes.
With a management style which is based coaching and team play, Sean can effectively communicate with the members of the board as well as employees in various levels of an operation and has proven that in many different cultures and industries.
