There are ample amount of tools available to us on Microsoft PowerPoint and not all are used. Sometimes we tend to forget that the tool exists, and we continue to do things manually. Actions like changing fonts in all slides, aligning objects and more would be the example of it. Font Replacement Tool
Conveniently replace fonts in your slides to your liking by using this tool. This tool can be found in the “Home” Tab, on the far-right side, there is a “Replace” button, click on the drop down instead and click “Replace Fonts”. That way you don’t need to replace all your fonts one by one.

Object Alignment Tool
Getting the lines, tables, shapes and other objects to be aligned with one another can sometimes be difficult. Instead, you can opt to utilize the “Align” tool to get all your objects aligned. Not only that, you can also distribute the objects evenly by using this tool. Simply click on multiple objects, head to the “Shape Format” tab, on the far-right side you’ll find the “Align” tool.

Icons
Frustrated with finding icons you need on the Internet? Worry no more because PowerPoint has its own selection of icons. Simply head on to “Insert” tab, there you will see an “Icon” button, click into it, and search away! Additionally, if the colour of the icon does not suit your presentation theme, you can always change it by browsing the “Graphics Format” tab when you clicked the icon.

Resizing Multiple Images
Having different image sizes would ruin your presentation. With this, by using this tool it can help you resize all your images in the same shape in one go. Hold down the CTRL button and click all the images that you would like to resize, in the “Shape Format” tab, next to the “Crop” function you will see a “Height and Width” tab. There, you can adjust the height OR the width to the size you desire for your images.

Distributing Table Columns and Rows Tool
Not only can objects be distributed, tables function also have the tool to distribute the columns and rows evenly. This tool can be found at the “Layout” Tab, on the Cell Size area you will see the “Distribute Rows” or “Distribute Column”.
