These days, people often look out for new opportunities when tasks at work became similar everyday. It’s as if they are not learning anything new and their hunger for knowledge has urge them to seek for a new job. Although jumping from company to company benefits us in different ways, but in this time of the year, it will not be the right time for you to switch your job. Not to mention, it’s just right after the pandemic where the market is still gradually getting better.

So, to keep your willpower intact and stay on your current job, here is what you can do to keep yourself productive and continue learning even though there is nothing new.

1.Write your personal goals
To get you motivated everyday, write down your goals that you want to achieve in the coming years. Be it that you want to be a manager or handle a particular project or become a CEO someday. It will motivate you to keep going to achieve that goal.

2.List down learning of the day
If you’ve learn how to use a Pivot Table or a new fact or even a new word, write it down. A small learning is also considered as something new that you’ve learned. This way you can see that you are learning a little bit everyday.

3.Never be pessimistic
Everything can be done when you have the will to do it. It’s just the matter of time. For example, saying that you will never get to be a manager seeing that all your colleagues are way better than you, or it is impossible that the CEO will recognize you as you are just a junior in the company. Believe in yourself, slowly but surely you’re able to see what you’re capable of.
