He has 15 years of training experience and 6 years of lecturing experience in various programmes, namely Operating Systems / Environment, Computer Systems, Software Packages, Object-Oriented Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Internet Technologies, SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Technologies and etc. He has integrated IT technologies with soft skills approach as the contemporary way of development such as combining business innovation and blue ocean strategy with IT technologies and using ITIL for processing practices.

He trains students undergoing Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and Master programmes such as Visual Computing, End-User Computing, Introduction To Programming, Data-Structure, Computer Game Design and Development, Object-Oriented System Development, Knowledge-based System, Database Technology, Web Application Development, Machine Intelligence, Data Structure & Algorithms and many others.

He was invited as a speaker at Advanced GIS Seminar 2003 and MBA Night MMU 2003; a facilitator for e-LG and e-LA21 organized by NITC and KPKT. He was also the External Examiner for final year project at Petronas University
