Prerequisites
- Required: DASA DevOps Fundamentals certificate
- Beneficial: Basic familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, and ITSM principles
Methodology
This program will be conducted with interactive lectures, PowerPoint presentation, discussions and practical exercise.
Students will receive a Lean IT Foundation classroom workbook containing all the presentation materials, the case study, the book Lean Thinking and sample exam questions.
