Anyone involved in the planning, implementing, maintaining or supervising of an ISO/IEC 20000- 1:2018 SMS.

Prerequisites

At least one of the following certificates:

  • ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation certificate
  • ITIL Foundation certificate
