Team Building. An event where most companies have it annually, regardless of how big or small a company is. I’m pretty sure you have at least attended a team building in your previous or current company. If you did, you would know what are the themes of the activities, how usually a team building works and how you would feel as an employee after the event.
In team building, HR Team often introduce various types of team work activities for employees to participate in. Giving the purpose behind the event which is – to build better team work and strong bonds among colleagues. Stress relieve session for the employees
Working in a stress environment for too long will affect the productivity of an employee while unknowingly pushing them into the state of giving up. To avoid this, team building acts as a stress relieve session for them where they can have fun and clear their thoughts to get new inspirations.
Allow employees to see each other differently
Do you know that, each person have a different attitude when they are at work and out of work? The person you dislike in the office because of their working attitude could be a pleasant person outside of work. Team building will be the opportunity for all employees to see each other differently and interact with colleagues that they hardly work with.

Being expose to the world outside of the office can give new inspiration and ideas to employees to think out of the box for solutions. With that being said, during team building, employees can improve their ability to think rationally and strategically when solving a problem.
