Working Better Together As United Scrum Team

Composition of scrum teams change over time, as the task grows more complicated, members may see more new faces, and probably departure of old faces too. To be agile is to be equivalent to become adaptable to new and different circumstances, and while this is the way to go forward, team members may face difficulty in embracing frequent changes in team composition. In the extended long run, team members may eventually face degradation in performance.

As new development rapidly occurs in a team, scrum team members may not be prepared to adapt to unknown circumstances of what each day may entail. To maintain balance and order, employees in a scrum team must be challenged to accept the unknown and march forward. Scrum team members who can integrate themselves into a dynamic team are able to contribute better to the organization.
