Departmental Service: Advised and provided consultation support to internal departments. Provide support and resolve customer technical issues through ticketing system.

Significant Achievements:

• Successfully implemented 20 minutes auto installation procedures for servers that typically take 8-16 hours to complete. A huge saving for the company.
• Creation of a 120G installation repository and a backup repository of the same size.
• Solved problems that have been persistent for a few months upon joining.
