WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

P&MP is a fundamental level in managing projects. It demonstrates your understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management.

This three-day instructor-led course presents the foundation for project management, framework, tools and techniques, planning, tracking and control and project closure. Planning process is heavily explored to develop the project management plan as the foundation to execution and control. Whether you’re new to project management, changing careers, or already serving as a subject matter expert on project teams, the P& MP can get your career on the right path or take it to the next level.


AUDIENCE

The P&MP training course is necessary for all who are involved in the project either as a project manager, team lead or key project team members.


This P&MP Training denotes that the individual possesses the knowledge in the principles and terminology of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), the standard of project management’s generally recognized good practices.


Individuals who contribute specialized skills to a project team can benefit from this certification by allowing them to align their work with that of project managers. The knowledge a practitioner gains from attending the P&MP training can be applied to on-the-job experiences which help develop growing levels of competence in the practice of project management.


METHODOLOGY

This program will be conducted with interactive lectures, PowerPoint presentation, discussions and workshop


• Different knowledge delivery formats are used at different times during the Course. Mainly, these are:

• Slides Presentation - of concept set by concept set

• Q&A session - relating what has been learned to actual work items

• Workshop - at the end of each major concept set to ensure know-how transfer.
