P&MP is a fundamental level in managing projects. It demonstrates your understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management.
This three-day instructor-led course presents the foundation for project management, framework, tools and techniques, planning, tracking and control and project closure. Planning process is heavily explored to develop the project management plan as the foundation to execution and control. Whether you’re new to project management, changing careers, or already serving as a subject matter expert on project teams, the P& MP can get your career on the right path or take it to the next level.
The P&MP training course is necessary for all who are involved in the project either as a project manager, team lead or key project team members.
This P&MP Training denotes that the individual possesses the knowledge in the principles and terminology of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), the standard of project management’s generally recognized good practices.
Individuals who contribute specialized skills to a project team can benefit from this certification by allowing them to align their work with that of project managers. The knowledge a practitioner gains from attending the P&MP training can be applied to on-the-job experiences which help develop growing levels of competence in the practice of project management.

David Guan Yong Soi
David Guan has more than twenty eight years of working experience out of which fifteen years experience as a project manager and a program manager with major multi-national vendors and telecommunication companies such as Lucent Technologies, Motorola and major local operators such as Celcom, Maxis Communications Berhad, and Huawei Technologies etc. He was selected to participate in the Project Management Professional (PMP) Role Delineation Study in Hong Kong representing Malaysia from September 10th to 12th 2004 and from October 21st to 23rd 2004 he was again selected by PMI to participate in the Project Manager Role Delineation Study representing the whole of Asia Pacific region at Anaheim, California USA.
Daniel Alfred is an independent trainer specializing in Project Management. Daniel has more than 10 years experience in developing training modules and delivering training on planning and managing projects to various industries and for various companies. A Certified Trainer with the Human Resource Development Fund, Daniel is a holder of a Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, USA. His background and previous consulting experience in industries like construction and ICT has enabled him to develop key management skills for training and problem-solving for customers in these industries. His clients are from sectors including Telco, Power, ICT, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction and Customer Services.
