Sean Low
Sean (born 1972) is a senior consultant with over 25 years of working experience which includes 15 years in IT service management, with roles ranging from service delivery consultant to service delivery manager in various local and international companies worldwide. He also has deep experience in managing IT services and process development in international non- profit organisations.
He has excellent client relationship skills with a good understanding of client needs and ability to translate these needs into solutions. He has proven people management skills with a focus on skills building and employee motivation, especially in the non-profit sector and has a strong focus on building and managing cross-geographic and cross-cultural teams and programmes.
With a management style which is based coaching and team play, Sean can effectively communicate with the members of the board as well as employees in various levels of an operation and has proven that in many different cultures and industries.
Sean has a very good track record in consulting, project and process assessment and improvement in numerous international organizations.

She has been involved in training since 2006 and is a certified trainer, courseware developer and assessor from WDA. She has developed her own programs for project management and successfully delivered the standard as well as customized training for various customer base.
Michiel Roelof De Boer
Michiel gained his experience in various local and international companies worldwide. In these organizations he has executed roles as Manager, Consultant, Project Manager and Instructor. He has experience in the finance, automation, industry, airline, logistics, medical, telecommunication and government sector.
Michiel is experienced in translating business objectives into manageable deliverables, initiating quick wins and creates an environment for continuous improvement. With a management style which is based coaching and team play, He can effectively communicate with the members of the board as well as employees in various levels of an operation and has proven that in many different cultures. Michiel has a strong strategic view on development and at the same time he is very hands-on in execution.
Michiel has studied Electronics and Information Technology at the University “Rijks Hooge School” Groningen and Demographic Essential Modeling of Organizations at the Technical University Delft, both in the Netherlands. He is certified in ITIL (Master level) Project Management (PRINCE2) and IT Governance (CobiT) and AQRO. Michiel is Director Consulting Asia for Quint Wellington Redwood, with a 23 years track record in consulting and project management in numerous international organizations.
Wan Syamilah Wan Ismail
Wan Syamilah is an HRDCorp certified freelance trainer and a speaker particularly on project management. She was previously attached to FGV Prodata Systems Sdn Bhd as the Head of Project Portfolio Management Office and FGV’s certified internal trainer. Being a PMP certification holder, she had 21 years of working experience across multiple and diversified IT projects in the financial services, telecommunication, plantation and defence industry specialized in software implementation, business intelligence, infrastructure design, and managed operation services.
Graduated from Marquette University, Wisconsin, with BSc. in Information Technology, she started her career in the banking industry as an IT Executive and rose up to the Management level. Developing a profound interest in project management, she pursued and obtained several certifications such as PMP®, SCRUM Master, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IBM Rational Unified Process v7 and ITIL v3 over her working years.
Her passion in knowledge sharing and giving-back to the community has led her to actively volunteer in Project Management Institute Malaysia Chapter (PMIMY), the world’s largest not-for-profit membership association for the project management profession, where she leads the Government Relations team in the Public Engagement Squad since July 2021. Prior to her current role, she was the Secretary for the 2017/2019 term, the Director of Planning in PMIMY for the 2012/2013 term and as an Auditor for the 2013/2014 term. While serving her terms, she was invited to speak about ‘Project Management in Everyday Life’ in Malaysia (2018) and in Philippines (2019). She also attended the PMI Region 15 Meetings and represented Malaysia to the Annual Symposiums across Asian countries.
She loves storytelling to empower others to be their best in project management to realise sustainable benefits and create meaningful values for their stakeholders. She ensures her participants stay focus on their company values, vision, and missions while aligning to the business strategy in their project. She promotes project management as part of her teaching by adding the element of fun in executing projects. A strong believer in continuous improvement has inspire her to provide a better success chance for the next project. She will continue advocating project management as life, learning, and career skills.
An energetic, positive minded, and exceptional interpersonal communicator, Wan Syamilah is also an avid hiker/mountain climber, an adventurous outdoor enthusiast and a true-born ‘nature freak’.
