The Scrum Product Owner training course addresses all subjects that help to shape this role successfully. During this training course theory and, above all, practice are highlighted. Practical cases, exercises and sparring with other professionals are central to this. The first section of the course deals with the following: the philosophy behind Agile; the division of roles between the business and IT; exploring the agile methods of Scrum and DSDM Atern; roles within Agile (Business Sponsor, Business Visionary, Scrum Master and Product Owner). The second section of the Scrum Product Owner training course focuses on applying and doing. Theory becomes clear through challenging, pragmatic exercises and a simulation game. Participants gain insight into the impact of developing in short cycles, iteratively and incrementally.

Having followed this training course, you will be able to take the official EXIN Agile Scrum Product Owner exam. The exam covers 40 questions, of which at least 26 questions (65%) must be answered correctly. Successful candidates will be awarded the Agile Scrum Product Owner certificate (e-Competence Framework).
