Microsoft Teams has the ability to access files shared during the session easily. The history of files and conversations are also stored in the chatroom, under \u2018Files\u2019 tab so students can easily refer back to what has been discussed during the session.
Text Formatting<\/strong>
Similarly to Words, Microsoft Teams has a \u2018Formatting\u2019 function for texts allowing students to type a message that stands out, grabbing the attention of the trainer.

A feature in Zoom allows the presenter to illustrate on a whiteboard through screen sharing. So, instead of just plain texts in slides, our trainers will utilize this feature for further explanations.
Breakout Group Function<\/strong>
Zoom allows the ability to group students into separate chatrooms allowing them to have group discussions on the tasks given. Our trainer will then casually join into any chatrooms to observe the discussion progress.

Similarly to Microsoft Teams and any other Live Virtual Classes with us, we will always assign personnel to support the Zoom application settings throughout the training session. He\/she will make sure that only relevant students will be allowed to join the training to provide a safe environment for all our students.
