CDP Professional Development was introduced on 1st July 2008 under the umbrella of MSC Malaysia Capability Development Programme (CDP). It provides financial assistance for MSC Malaysia Status Organizations to increase competency and skills of their local IT professionals in emerging technologies and new good practices by taking up professional certifications. It also enables individuals to apply, however they have to be an employee of MSC Malaysia Status Organizations.
CDP Professional Development eases the burden of MSC Malaysia Status Organization and its employees to take up professional certification and training courses by providing financial assistance.
Objectives of CDP Professional Development:
Increase competency and skills of local ICT knowledge workers
Promote continuous improvement of capability and skills especially on emerging technologies and new good practices
Create a bigger pool of multi skilled local ICT knowledge workers
