AWARENESS AND PREVENTION
Often, we do not identify potentially dangerous situations until it’s too late. Women self defence program will include safety awareness which will enable them to recognize danger before it escalates into physical attacks.
OBJECTIVE
This program will not only enable them to escape but also build self confidence,psychologically and emotionally with a positive mental attitude to gain success.
PROGRAM TECHNIQUES
Standing or while walking
1. Escape from rear strangulation
2. Escape against front choke
3. Defense against bag snatchers
4. Escape with objects which are used in daily life such as umbrella, car keys, pen, thick hard cover book etc....
5. Defense against sexual harassment

1. Anti rape drill
2. Defense against bigger and stronger aggressors on top of victim

INSTRUCTOR PROFILE:
Master Francis Albert, who holds a Black Belt 5th Dan in Jujitsu, is Chief instructor of Tanaka Jujitsu Academy as well as the President of Pertubuhan Seni Beladiri Jujitsu TanakaRyu of Selangor and Federal Territory.
Master Francis began his martial arts training in 1975 under sensei Ong Beng San, karate Shotokan. He then moved to learn Shunlin Wushu Kwan in Singapore in the year 1979.
After years of trying out various martial arts from various disciplines during the last decade, he has grown to appreciate the techniques and principles of Jujitsu and has found his passion in teaching the art to others.
